about us

We are an Immigrant & Woman owned, by-appointment-only bakery specializing in bespoke celebration cakes. While buttercream cakes are our specialty, we also use fondant for wedding cakes that require intricate textures beyond what buttercream can offer. Our focus is on perfectly pairing flavors and designs, ensuring you never have to compromise between taste and aesthetics.

 

The founder, Esy, moved to The States a decade ago with dreams of becoming an architect. Though her love for baking began at an early age, she spent years honing her skills in the food industry, learning about flavor profiles and the business side of the culinary world. Combining her design skills with her love for baking, she brought The Cake Vault to life. Transitioning from designing buildings to crafting cakes turned out to be a truly sweet career change!
